Before we came to Wave Digital our website was underperforming, we had received very few CVs via the website. Being a staffing agency our primary objective for this website was that it should secure candidates and promote Radley James as the agency of choice.

Paying particular attention to returning visitors as this was one indicator of how memorable the brand was. By tracking the number of CVs the website was generating we were able to show Chris and the team at Radley James the improved quality of their new website.

The result was a significant increase in the number of candidates applying for Radley James’ jobs. The success of the brand was further enhanced by the fact that candidates were returning to the website to check out the latest roles on offer.
